Indiana Tech opened an admissions office in Evansville in October 2012 and moved into its current space at 900 Tutor Lane in March 2013. The move to larger offices included the addition of classroom space to provide convenient and flexible degree options for students. Most students will complete their degrees using a combination of classroom and online learning.

The College of Professional Studies offers undergraduate and graduate programs. The program is designed to accommodate adult students who also have to balance work, family, and community responsibilities. Classes meet one evening per week for five weeks at the undergraduate level and six weeks at the graduate level. Online classes also span just five weeks or six weeks, but allow students to access materials and complete coursework anytime, anywhere they have broadband Internet access. The use of textbooks is included in the cost of tuition, and they are shipped to students prior to the start of each class.

Indiana Tech is a private university focused on career-oriented degree programs in high-demand fields such as accounting, business, criminal justice, and health information technology. The university’s main campus is in Fort Wayne, with satellite facilities in Elkhart, Fishers, Greenwood, Huntington, Indianapolis, Jeffersonville, Kendallville, Mishawaka, Munster, Plainfield, and Warsaw in Indiana as well as Louisville and Northern Kentucky.

Indiana Tech is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
